Here is the documentation of my statistical assignment for the course Bayesian Statistics.

This is the analysis of simulated data with R, mainly with the library Rethinking. A syntopy is simulated for two spatial scales using Fisher’s non-central hypergeometric distribution and the true values are estimated with models in Stan.
